Janine joined the team when she saw how much fun we were having making ice cream. She keeps us all in order by being the level-headed administrator-in-chief here at South Street. It's a demanding job but she keeps sane by doing yoga, meditating and drinking lots of tea.
Rowan never dreamed she would end up owning an ice cream parlour; now she sends out some of the best gelato in London to other commerical outlets. She's most at home cooking up a storm in our coffee and ice cream shop and offering counsel to her community, mostly with cake.
Richard is the mastermind behind our little ice cream empire. He's a documentary maker who can also do the Times cyptic crossword. He loves eating ice cream and even manages to find the time to nail baddies with his investigative journalism work.
Tom is a modern day ascetic who lives and breathes ice cream. He has an active lifestyle which includes skateboarding to work and doing ballet before he samples gelato from other parlours in London.
